CSI speaker panel

Made a 1 off CSI speaker panel for my buddy Dave. I plan to make vinyl decals that look and fit the same. This one was stenciled and airbrushed and cleared. I can do this to other speaker panels but I get the feeling that other will probably want just the decal rather than the full paint job. But I can always do both. Coming soon to my website!

ID4 Alien remake

Been a long time since my last post and have a lot of projects that I have done since my last post so I am gonna start updating. The first project is a remake of the ID4 alien head. A good friend of mine has this game on location and the alien head kept breaking. I recasted it and thickened up the walls that are always breaking and gave it a closer paint job to that of the one on the back glass. In the pics you can see the original one that was all glued together and 3 new ones I made him.

Finished Ironman Apron

Forgot to post pics on this but I finished up the custom Ironman apron. Powder coated it Candy red and the bracket. Installed the arc and tested the power to it. All in all came out really nice for a one off. I think I might make a different version and offer it on the site.

Iron Man custom Apron

I am almost done with this custom Ironman apron for a customer.
Now to sandblast and powder coat it candy red. Then install the bracket and test the lights. Can't wait to finish this up.....might make more and make this a stock Back Alley Mod :)

Custom one off Batman topper

Just finished up a custom one off Batman topper. The Batman logo is out of 1/8 steel and painted matte black. The letters for Why so Serious are laser cut out of 1/4in acrylic. The Ha Ha letters are laser cut out of 1/8in red acrylic giving it a nice 3D effect. The cards are printed on heavy stock paper and glues to a piece out acrylic and Velcro to the back of the topper. The customer had asked for the cards to be removable and Velcro them to the back was the simplest and most cost effective way of doing it. All in all the topper came out great.

Jurassic Park is in the house!!!

Picked up a Jurassic Park Pinball the other day. No time right now to work on it..or even play it..lol But I have big plans for it. Gonna make a one of a kind cabinet for it as this one is staying in my personal collection. But I have several mods to make for the game. I plan on making the East Doc sign, new T-Rex head, 3D gun shooter, something to replace that box that says "shoot the T-Rex" and I am sure about half a dozen other mods for it. Once I get WOZ done and some work on Predator going I plan to work on JP. But it will be little by little with the mods coming out in the Fall for the Chicago Pinball expo. More to come on JP in a few weeks.

Jurassic Park East Doc Sign.

So I have had these pieces for a while now and never really gotten around to finishing them. For the past 2 weeks I have been working on them on and off, 5mins here and there. Finally they are almost done. All that is left is to make the pole and base. Then screw in the signs....hmmmmm I think I will make a mini one for the Jurassic Park pinball. But after the Wizard of Oz parts are done. :)
